It might be something they can get fixed right over the phone. However, I do know that a lot of Landice units have problems with their control boards and they needs to get replaced. So the treadmills at my gym automatically kick into cool down mode after 30 minutes no matter how you've programmed the treadmill. I'm thinking they've programmed it so people can't monopolize cardio machines. A handful (like 3 or 4) will go longer but they're hard to get onto.
